I am a calligrapher, printmaker, and collage artist.
I was steeped in Chinese traditional art while growing up in Asia. I am also deeply interested in the ancient art form of Chinese written language. Although I have switched to a different medium in making art, from brush painting to printmaking, I still want to incorporate that interest and knowledge into my work. My work deals with surface design with emphasis on Asian motif.
